1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Confluence Guadalajara, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in Mexico. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our concierge and relocation services.
2. Services Description & Eligibility
Confluence Guadalajara provides high-end relocation concierge services, including but not limited to housing search, legal orientation, and lifestyle management. Our services are available to individuals 18 years and older who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Bookings & Payments (MXN)
All service fees are quoted and payable in Mexican Pesos (MXN). Payments must be settled according to the invoice schedule provided at the time of booking. Confluence Guadalajara reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received in full.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the specific service package and the timing of the request relative to the scheduled service start date. Administrative fees may apply to all processed modifications.
5. Client Responsibilities & Third Parties
Clients must provide accurate documentation and information required for relocation processes. We often facilitate connections with third-party providers (lawyers, realtors, movers). While we vet our partners, these third parties operate under their own terms and Confluence Guadalajara is not responsible for their independent actions.
6. Liability Limitation & Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confluence Guadalajara shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our legal guidance is orientational and does not constitute formal legal representation; clients should consult certified Mexican legal counsel for official filings.
7. Privacy, Data & Intellectual Property
Your data is processed in accordance with Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. All content provided on our platform, including logos and proprietary methodologies, remains the intellectual property of Confluence Guadalajara.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico). Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
